Depart from Heathrow or your preferred airport for a scheduled flight
to Singapore. Meals on board.

Tue SINGAPORE
Arrive at Sinapore, you are met by your tour assistant and transferred
to your hotel. The rest day is at your leisure to adjust to the
time difference.
DAY 3 WED - SINGAPORE - TAMPIN - MALACCA
(250 KM)
Meet at your hotel's lobby (along Orchard Road) between 0700 to
0720 hours. Transfer to the train station for the train departing
at 0830 hours to Tampin (train timing subject to change). Enjoy
the rural scenery as the train passes through villages and plantations
and arrive at Tampin railway station at 1300 hours. The driver/guide
will meet you and you will proceed to Malacca for your siteseeing
tour. We will visit the areas historic sites such as Cheng
Hoon Teng Temple - the oldest functioning Chinese temple in
Malaysia, Kampung Kling Mosque, Jonker Street (Antique Row),
Baba & Nyonya Museum, Stadhuy's Building, Malacca Clock Tower, Christchurch
and the famous Porta de Santiago. Overnight accommodation.

4 THUR - MALACCA - KUALA LUMPUR (147 KM)
Depart
by 0830 hours to Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia.
Tour of Kuala Lumpur upon arrival. Places to be visited are
King's Palace (photo stop), National Mosque & Railway
Station (photo stop), National Monument, Independence Square, Sultan
Abdul Samad building (photo stop), Selangor Club (photo
stop), St Mary's Church and the world tallest freestanding
flagpole. Continue to visit the Seri Mahamariaman Temple and colourful
Chinatown for bargain hunting. Visit the tallest Communication Tower
in South East Asia for a panoramic view of the City. Check in your
Hotel. Overnight.
DAY
5 FRI - KUALA LUMPUR
0830hrs
- Morning tour of the Countryside. Drive along the Ambassadors road
, visit the world famous Royal Selangor Pewter's factory. Malaysia
is one of the world biggest producers of tin. Visit the Batik
factory to experience how hand drawn batiks are made. The highlight
of the visit is the holy sacred cave temple of the Hindus
religion and the Batu Caves (except during Thaipusam in January).
Return to the city. Rest of the day is at leisure for you maybe
to get to know KL on your own and from your perspective. Discover
the good bargains or just relax in the many cosy cafes and restaurants
of Kuala Lumpur, the happening City. Overnight.
DAY
6 SAT - KUALA LUMPUR - CAMERON HIGHLANDS (220 KM)
Depart
by 0830 hours for Cameron Highland, which is located at 1542
meters above sea level. Famed for its tea plantations and cool temperatures.
On the way, we will stop at a basket weaving cottage industry, Lata
Iskandar Waterfall and a native settlement. At leisure
on arrival. Enjoy the cool, crisp air of Cameron Highlands beside
its wonderful scenery. Overnight.

7 SUN - CAMERON HIGHLANDS-PENANG (330 KM)
Morning
tour of Cameron Highlands including the tea plantation, tea
factory, market place and butterfly farm. Depart for
Penang. Enroute, visit the Sam Poh Tong Cave Temple in Ipoh,
photostop of the Ubudiah Mosque, Iskandariah Palace and Istana Kenangan.
Cross over to Penang using the fifth longest bridge in the world,
arriving in Penang at around 1830 hours. Overnight.

8 MON - PENANG
At
0900 hours, we will proceed for a City, Culture, and Heritage
tour. Visit the 3rd longest Reclining Buddha figures
in the world, next is the Botanical Gardens which offers
lush green surroundings with a wide variety of tropical plants and
bird life. Visit the Kek Lok Si Temple built in 1904, the
most beautiful and largest Buddhist Temple Complex in South East
Asia and is known as the Temple of the 1000 Buddhas. Visit Fort
Cornwallis where in the 1786, Captain Francis Light first landed
to start the first British colony in Penang. Continue to the old
part of Georgetown and visit the intricate Khoo Kong Si Clan's
House. Enjoy a breezy trishaw ride, a still popular mode
of transport in Georgetown. Return to the hotel and rest of the
day is at your leisure. In the late evening, you can explore the
nightlife along Batu Ferringhi, Penang style! Overnight.
DAY
9 TUE - PENANG - KOTA BAHRU (400 KM)
We
will depart at 0830 hours, travelling overland from the West to
the East of the Peninsular Malaysia through the main mountain range
offering breathtaking views of the dense tropical rain forest
beside driving pass villages and plantations. Take a rest
stop at the Banding Island Resort, a remote resort over looking
the scenic Temenggor Lake. Arrive Kota Bahru in the evening.
Visit the open-air night food stall of Kota Bahru whereby
you'll be able to see the many varieties of the unique Kelantan's
cuisine. Overnight.
DAY
10 WED - KOTA BAHRU - TERENGGANU (170 KM)
At
0830 hours, we start the day with a visit to the colourful wet
market and the traditional cottage industries like the silver
handicraft, songket weaving and kite making. We then proceed to
drive along the coast southward toward Kuala Trengganu. En Route
we taste keropok (the famous local chips) and stop at Pulau Duyong,
famous for its boat making. Next we visit the Losong Museum
of Kuala Trengganu, which is built in a traditional architectural
concept. The museums highlight is the section housing numerous Royal
Heritage artifacts. We will also visit a brassware-making shop
and local handicraft center. Overnight.
DAY
11 THUR - TERENGGANU - KUANTAN (250 KM)
0830hrs.
Depart for Cherating in the district of Kuantan, Pahang. Pass by
the Floating Mosque and the oil town of Kerteh. Visit the
Marang Fishing Village and the Turtle Information Centre.
Enroute. Taste the "lemang", rice cooked with coconut milk in bamboo
and be a guest of a local community for afternoon tea. Continue
with a tour of Cherating. The main attractions is the sight
of trained monkey's plucking coconuts, mengkuang leaves being
weaved into bags, mats, and other local handicrafts. Overnight.
DAY
12 FRI - KUANTAN - SINGAPORE (400 KM)
Overland
to Singapore departs by 0800hrs. Enroute, stop at Pekan Royal
Town. Expected time to arrive in Singapore is approximately
1800 hrs. You will change to a vehicle authorized to enter Singapore
in Johor Bahru and will be transferred to Singapore with an English-speaking
driver.

Breakfast at hotel. Free at leisure until departure time for flight
