8 DAY - BALI EXPLORER TOUR

DAY 1: Arrive at Bali (Denpasar airport) - Ubud (Bali)
Upon your arrival at Ngurah Rai international airport in Bali, our guide will be ready to meet you. You will be taken to your hotel in the South of Bali to relax and rest after your trip. During the transfer your guide will brief you on the program and pick up time the following morning. Overnight in Ubud

DAY 2: UBUD (B)
After breakfast your guide will pick you up on the agreed pick up time from the lobby of your hotel. You will go straight to Batubulan village to watch the colourful and exciting Barong & Kris Dance, performed by local dancers that are dressed in impressive costumes.

After the performance we will explore Ubud and surrounding, in Ubud we visit the galleries of prominent Balinese and European artists. There will be ample time to browse around the local art market and shops.

On the return journey we shall stop at Batuan village to visit one of the traditional houses. To conclude this tour today. A last stop will be made at Ubud Monkey forest. Overnight in Ubud.

DAY 3: UBUD (B)
Breakfast at hotel, rest of the day is free day to indulge yourself in one of the numerous SPA in the area.

DAY 4: UBUD-LOVINA (B,L)
Enjoy a full day tour to visit some of the most attractive sight on the island. This tour will take you to see the variety of natural scenery accross Bali. Travelling from the lowland and relatively flat rice fields of Tabanan to the high mountain region in Bedugul.

We shall make a stop at Pacung, amidst beautiful rice terraces and visit the local fruit market of Candi Kuning, where you can find variety of colourful flowers and tropical vegetables. Later we visit the attractive mountain resort of Bedugul and Lake Beratan, where the delightful Ulun Danu Temple is located, set on the shores of the Lake Beratan.

We continue to drive North along the winding road, leading to Gitgit Waterfalls (a short walk through the jungle reveals the beautiful falls). Clove and coffee plantations stretch to the lowlands of Singaraja and Lovina's black lava beaches. Overnight in Lovina

DAY 5: LOVINA (B)
Breakfast at your hotel and the rest of the day is free at own leisure to enjoy the hotel premise or do an optional tour to visit: hot spring, Buddhist monastery or dolphins by a local boat. Overnight in Lovina

DAY 6: LOVINA - CANDIDASA (B, L)
After breakfast wedrive to the center of the island to visit Kintamani and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Batur volcano and the beautiful Crater Lake below.

We continue our journey to visit the biggest and most sacred temple in Bali called Besakih temple also know and the mother temple. Afterwards we drive to our hotel and stop enroute at the royal bathing pools of Tirtagangga where the waters are believed to be pure and sacred. Overnight in Candidasa

DAY 7: CANDIDASA (B)
Day free at leisure to enjoy the hotel premise or have an optional tour. Overnight in Candidasa.

DAY 8: CANDIDASA - DENPASAR AIRPORT - HOMEWARD (B)
Breakfast at hotel, rest of the day is free at your own leisure until check out time and transfer to Denpasar airport for your flight to your next destination or homeward.

KOMODO DRAGON - RINCA ISLAND EXTENSION

2 Days - KOMODO & RINCA TRAIL TOUR
(Overnight on AC Cabins boat with private ensuite bathroom)

Day 1 BALI - RINCA ISLAND (KOMODO DRAGONS) (L/D)
Transfer to the airport and upon arrival at Komodo Airport, you will be met and transferred to the harbor and board the boat to Rinca Island.

We then enjoy Trekking through the dry forest on Rinca island. The mix vegetation of Komodo National Park provides habitat and shade for many different types of animal on the park. Animals in the park include Deer, buffaloes, pigs, wild board and long tail-macaque. Last but not least is the Komodo dragons scientifically described in 1912 as Varanus Komodoensis - the largest monitor lizard in the world. They are top predator and all animals in the park are potential prey of the Komodo dragons. An experience park ranger will lead the trek through the park and hopefully we will see a dragon. In the afternoon we take a cruise back to Labuan Bajo.

There is opportunity for swimming or snorkeling at Bidadari Island. Lunch, dinner and overnight onboard your boat with air conditioned cabin and ensuite bathroom.

Day 2 LABUANBAJO-DENPASAR (B)
After breakfast, you will be transferred direct to the airport for the flight to Bali (Denpasar airport).

• Note - We are typically successful with our sighting of Komodo Dragons in the wild, however this can not be guarranteed. In these rare occasions alternative dragon viewing will be arranged.
